What is the body butter shelf life?

Because our products are natural the shelf life if stored correctly in dark and cool place will be approximate (depending on product) from 3 months to 1 year.  

What is the body scrub shelf life?

Although the body scrub doesn’t not contain water, it will be in contact with water. There is a natural preservative mixed which can preserve the body scrub for 6-8 months.

What happens if I received damaged goods?

If you receive damaged items, email lavendersilkfarm@gmail.com photos of the damaged product within 24 hours of receiving the order. Since the damage will have occurred during shipping, which is not the senders responsibility, you will be eligible for a replacement product on the house but will just need to pay the shipping fee.

Can I return items?

All items are final sale and non-refundable.
